Signs of some improvment

Things are looking up...well kinda Copper's temperature is down one degree, but it is still 102.8. So it was another day of him laying in the hall. We now have to feed him six jars of baby food a day because it is the only thing he will eat (even then we have to force feed him.) He is on a new med tho, so we will have to see how that goes. Nothing much more. He did jump the gate again (almost broke it) and he trotted through the yard after peeing in his normal spot along the wall (which was sniffed hours later by Aubrey). That is all. More later.

Fur kid update

Another day in the life of Copper. He is still feeling crummy, but showing little signs of improvement. Today he jumped over the two baby gates in the hall which separate him from Aubrey (so she doesnt get sick) and the two of the proceeded to play in the living room until I got home. That was fun. He still is being spoon fed baby food. I think it might have been ham tonight. That is about it. For now. Jessica is asleep next to me on the couch, Aubrey on the floor and Copper, behind his reinforced baby gate barrier is snoring. I am here trying to get some photo work. More to come later.

Meet Copper

Meet Copper everyone, he is our newest "fur kid" we got him from a rescue shelter in San Diego. He is 13 months and a joy to have. Aubrey is learning to share a little and once she realizes he is here for good, she will like him too.

The first few pictures are from the first day he came home and the others are from later tonight. He is a little sick and now we have to keep him away from Aubrey and vise versa. It is sad to see him stuffed up and laboring to breathe. Anyway, he will be an awesome dog and check back every now and then to read more.
